Get The Looks...is Back!

After a long period of disappearance, and hesitation, Get The Looks is finally back, and for good. Since the last GTL, I didn't spend much time in that Sephora Make up section, but I hope that i'll get my skills back with the practice. Well, i tried to create some looks with subtle and striking colors using an abstract technique, also i tried to make it very lively and fresh, all the looks are inspired by the Spring nights , and each is made to be worn for a group of activities and styles.
I admit that i missed writing this section and making the looks so much, but somehow, i wasn't enough inspired neither passionate, but those times are far behind!
So, don't be shy and get your looks!
Sweet Romantic

This look is characterized by the use of light colors, that provides a very soft and sweet aspect to the face, it would probably match a floaty dress in a full moon ballad next to a lake or just in the city or maybe for a ride on a gondole in Venise! To get that look follow the instructions:

-Trace the contour of the eye using a white eye pencil, and at the outsider corner, use some black eye liner.

- Try to trace a half circle of the jumbo eye pencil purple near the eyebrows, and under it spread many layers of the eye shadow pearl n°4.

-On the inside corner of the eyelid, spread the white eye shadow, and keep spreading it until you have a sparkling white!

-Make you gaze deeper, by thickening your lashes with a black mascara x2

Chic Junky Crazy

This look is inspired by random mixed junk that turns out to be somehow chic, and brings out the rebel inside you, it also a look for creative and daring persons.

Just follow the steps below!

-Trace your eyes in white using a white eye pencil, and give your eyes a double touch of mascara.

-Colour the inside corner of the eyelid arbitrarily in blue with a Jumbo eye pencil Grey, on the bottom of the eyelid, spread the jumbo eye pencil purple in the form of a half circle, on the top, and some orange ( Jumbo eye pencil Flesh) in the remaining area without forgetting to past under the eye also to give it more glare.

Much easy! huh?! ;D

Subtle Dreamer

Sweet and subtle, a mix of sobre and girly colors, layers of tones that expresses all the sides of the dreams; an appealing look for every dreamer. When i finished that look, it reminded me of the spirit of Luella! and who know why!

on the following, you'll discover how to get that look.

-On the inside corner of the eye, spread the white eye pencil, and the remaining part, trace it with the metallic aubergine eye liner, over it the light purple eye pencil.

-Then, a crucial step for me, and the one i love most in make up, spread the white eyeshadow over the inside part of the eyelid, after that, try to trace a half circle using the eye shadow n°1 in many layers, and draw the last layer on the edges of the half circle to get a smoky eyes result.

-That being done, use the pink eye shadow (n° 10) on the side near the eyebrows as you can see on the picture above.

-As final touch, give you eyes a layer of black mascara.

Is it clear?...Duhh!!

Le Fresh and Juicy!

I felt in a so damn good fresh mood, with the spring and summer weather starting on my country, and as that kind of weather can only mean for me : Orange Juice and swimming pool, i thought that creating a look that expresses that would be very refreshing! haha

so be juicy! i hope that the instructions are helpful!

-Start with my fav step ( if you remember, the white eye shadow in the corner of the eye in many layers), use the white eye pencil all over your eyes. and trace the inside part of your eyes with the metallic blue eye liner.

-Then the jumbo flesh eye pencil as showed above on the according pic. And over it some jumbo eye pencil blue on the edges of the orange zone and the lashes.

-And of course, a touch of mascara would make it perfect.

Cheeky Frenzy

-First spread a grey half circle with the KVD steel eyeshadow, on the top of it trace a blue zone with the JEP blue as shown on the pic and over that part, paint the zone going from the edges of the last part we spoke about, until the eyebrows, with the JEP grey pink.

-Trace the down part of the eye with the metallic green eye liner , and on the corner the white eye pencil, and some mascara on the upper eye lashes!

Ah, finally done, i hope you enjoyed those looks, that maybe you'll try some of them, and also that the steps and instructions were because sometimes i didn't find the words to describe what i wanted to.

So Hasta La Vista! see you soon!

Coming up later: Stardoll Trendsetters new project, News on the BBOF, a party at the TrendLounge....more and more!

Look in my flow!

Hey Darlings! I finally got my computer and internet back, and i'm so happy! I missed this blog, Stardoll and especially my friends and you dear readers SO much!
This post isn't about my comeback but about one thing or two!
The first is a make up look; take a look ;)
The Look:
It's indeed a minimalistic look, but not in the sense of colours but the used tools. I tried to use eye pencils or liners only for the eyes, and for the first time on this blog the look is not on my medoll but on TL's one that Marie, Mary, and I have created and improved lately!
Just follow the steps below!
1) On the corner spread some white eye shadow.
2) Then, use a blue eye pencil, and let the inside contour of the eye empty. On this empty corner spread some white eye pencil many times to get a very white corner, and use a grey KVD eye liner and some touches of a black one!
3)Add a mysterious lipstick, that gives the exact touch of colour depencing on your medoll's skin!for this one it's the Dirty rose KVD lipstick!
The Outfit:
The outfit is more gala kind, it looks sophisticated but actually it's very simple to create! It's a matter of layering two skirts one dress over and under each other, a pair of gloves and some accessories! And, here's your unique and creative dress!
See you soon with more posts!

Rock December: Soft&Girly!

Hey there my sweet darlings, I missed you so much.. did you miss me?

Well, this is a little hi and a tiny post to ....you'll see!
December, is almost everyone's favourite month because of christmas, new year's eve and other celebrations also because of gifts, shopping and family time! So, i decided to help you with some ideas and looks for all those events!
With all the new stores on Starplaza, you can certainly mix and match to obtain a fancy, chic, stylish and lovely outfit to celebrate cheerfully! So, i created those ensembles! Take a look and i hope it will inspire you to make your own!
*Soft, Chic and Lovely:
I created a look and an outfit that incarnate the chic and sweet girly girl, with a very soft make up.
The Look:
To realize that look follow the steps:
- First, apply mascara on the lashes and on the inside corner, apply the white eye pencil and then the light pink eye pencil on the rest of the eye.
-Then, use the jumbo eye pencil purple over it on one layer of the light pink eyeshadow in the extern area of the eyelid.
-Spread the KVD Steel eyeshadow on the empty zone and to finalize the look add a touch of light pink on your lips!
The Outfit:

I tried to make it look fancy, chic but girly, using many shades of pink and white, with very feminine shapes and added some cute touches as the cap that i used as a fur bolero, also the tights are so sweet and the shoes really complete this ensemble! I hope it will inspire you and that you like both the look and outfit!

I wish i could do more outfits and looks but unfortunately i have to leave the internet café! But if you like this post, more will be coming soon!

Finally, i would like to thank Marie for making such a good job on the blog, i was so surprized when i saw the new layout! It's fabulous! Don't you think?

Oh also, I wish to my sweet friend Mary(writemarycat) to get well soon!

Get the looks and Updates.

Hello darlings!

I have another get the looks on the way but before that, did you see the outfits that will come in VT's next collection? Those that were most voted by all the stardollians, I personally voted for one or two, my favourites were the dresses n°15 and n°22!

Which ones are your favourites and are you satisfied by the results of the vote? Also do you like the winning dress n°38 in black? Personally I like it, but it has an air of deja vu!and a little too ordinary, not a dress that stand out in the crowd!

And in the category of the news, today the stardollar purchases value was doubled, whatever is the amount of stardollars you buy.. you got it doubled! Plus a cute free dress tempting ehh?

Now to our looks!

For this make up session, I created two looks inspired by the deep ocean's contrasts and colors, that vary between mysterious darkness and shining beauty!

The first symbolizes the treasures of the ocean with gold and precious pearls, and the calm blue azure water, that sparkles when the sun rays are reflected on it. Let's move to the steps!

1) Trace the contour of eye with the white eyepencil and over it the Kat Von D silver eyeliner .

2) Display both mascaras and some Eyebrow pencil Khaki on the eyebrows to soften the look!

3) Spread the Jumbo eyepencil blue on the outside area of the eyelid, then the Jumbo eyepencil Flesh and over it the Kat Von D Cornsilk eyeshadow on the inside are of the eye to have a glowing golden effect.

4) Acessories are playing a major role in this look, it makes it shine and scintillate and also add some glamour and wit on it, the choosen accessories are from CC chanel released jewellery collection at Splendid for 5 sd or less plus of course the must have headband, that go with all the looks and that you can purchase for only 3sd.

The second look is inspired from the ocean's anger and darkness, when the waves revolt and the thunder rumbles. I have used dark colors represented by royal indigo and a grey-ish blue mixed with a tiny flash of light that consists in the touch of white.

1) Display the white eyepencil, and tons of mascara!

2) Spread the Kat Von D Rad purple eyeshadow, using many layers on the outside zone of the eyelid and the Jumbo eyeshadow blue using only one layer! And Voila..rumble and snarl only by small look at your opponent! I hope it's not me haha!

hat is all for now! And oh god today is my first day of school, and Monday i have the end of Ramadan holidays!

Get The looks: Go Green.

Hey Gorgeous! It's Heidi again. Want your looks, eh? You gonna get them darling! This 'get the looks" was inspired by the go green and organic craze going on stardoll right now!The first was inspired by the earth, the second ocean with a little bonus which a third flora inspired look :) Well, lets begin.. The First Look: Earth This look was inspired by our Planet earth colors, blue and green which are the colors of life! 1)Display Metallic Green Eyeliner and over the dark green eyepencil, without covering the inside corner of the eye! 2) On the empty corner, trace the contour with white eye pencil and diplay two layers of mascara to have to strong sight. 3) On the inside area, display the Jumbo eyepencil blueand on the outside the light green eyeshadow (both many times to have a clear colour) 4) To accessorize continue in the go green and use the planet Earth earring.

The Second Look: The Ocean

This look was inspired by the oceans contrasted colors and symbols, once calm and peaceful and the other violent, wild and dangerous.

1) Display the Metallic green eyeliner and teal blue eye pencil,on all the eye except the inside corner.

2) Trace the contour with the white eye pencil on the empty inside corner and black mascara on the whole eye!

3) Spread the Jumbo eyepencil Blue on the inside half of the eyelid; and Kat Von D Leather brown eyeshadow on the outside area many time till you have the desired tone.

4) To add a youthful and graceful touch to the look accessorize it with the light grey headband.

The Third Look: Wild exotic Flora

This look as you can guess is inspired from exotic flowers that we can find in the Amazon and scintillates of cheerful colors and gives a warm sensation and also that could imagined on the mythological Amazones.

1) Display the white eyepencil on the extreme inside corner of the eye, then Metallic blue mascara and the Blue eyepencil on the contour of the eye without touching the white area.

2) Use both mascara, Black and Volume black to thick your lashes and trace the lips with the Maniac Lipstick 13.

3) On the outside area of the eyelid spread many layers of the Jumbo eyepencil flesh, then on the opposite side display two times the Jumbo eyepencil purple.

4) Since it's exotic, wild and especially inspired from Flora.. Accessorize this look with the leafs headband and for some glamour use the gold headband and flower pearl earrings.

That was all for today!

Go Green And Look wonderful !

Get The looks!

Hey darlings! It's Heidi in the place! Late today i realized it passed a long time since i posted some looks, so i decided to go to the sephora make up section and try up something when i got...those looks!! The first is inspired by.....the DKNY sequin t-shirt dress and also a dark desire of luminous darkness haha! 1) Trace the contour of the eye with the white eye pencil and over it the Kat Von D grey eyeliner and spread both mascaras 2) Display the Kat Von D charcoal eyeshadow many times on the inside area of the eye and many layers the jumbo eye pencil purple to create a contrast and a metallic effect. 3) Go to splendid and get some accessories to complete the look, accentuate the metallic effect and add a touch of glamour with a golden head band and mega sparkling huge diamond earrings. For the second encore in the dark glamour theme. I decided to make it more creative, more runway-ish but unlike the first one. The latter is un peu difficult.oh and when i ended it, i felt that my medoll looked like a retro Grecian goddess.

1) Trace the contour of the eye with the white eye pencil(as for the first) and over it the metallic green eye liner and both black mascaras

2) Spread the Kat Von D metallic blue eyeshadow on the inside zone of the eyelid untill the color is clearly blue, on the other display the Jumbo eye pencil Flesh many times till it's deadly orange letting an empty area between the blue and orange.

3) On the empty zone, display one layer of the blue eyeshadow and over it the Jumbo eye pencil beige!

4) For more Glamour and sophistication combine the blue headband and the hot buys head band and here you go!! Direction: NY fashion week or the Olympe?

I hope you like those looks! I have to go now, I'm super tired...aahh it has been a long shopping day and I'm hearing my cosy bad calling....haha

Oh i almost forgot, I'm dedicating this post to...the best, the greatest, The one without who i couldn't post those looks......my computer's printscreen option!

Till next time Ciao

Also HK Best dressed coming soon!!

Get The Looks And New Playlist!

Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome with me... The playlist!! This playlist took so much time, it's not the greatest but in order to have a couture layout (Gucci) i had to restrict my choices but finally...it's done. The songs are my favourite of the moment with disco, house and Latino rhythms with some r'n'b and pop! I hope you guys like it!Concerning me, i love the Gucci pattern on it and my favourite song there is definitely "wash my world" by Laurent Wolf that incites us all to wash our world (fig) by protecting the environment and not harming our planet Earth ;) oh also "give it 2 me" by Madonna! J'adore. Now dearest, let's get our looks! I made these looks before the weekend but i didn't have time to post'em, so I'm not sure all the steps are correct. After the eccentricity of last time i chose more soft looks but a hint daring and plus make up this time, there's accessories! The first: Floral delicacy

1) Use the light, dark purple and white eyepencil and combine them to get a smoky effect on the inside side of the eye, on the other the Metallic grey eyeliner 2) Put on some black mascara and on the upper eyelid the black eyeliner 3) Display the white eyeshadow on the inside corner and the jumbo eyepencil purple on the outside. 4)A floral headband, diamond earrings and here you go fresh as a flower haha

The second: The Royal Swan

1) Put all the black eyeliner and eyepencil and tons of mascara on all the contour of the eye.

2) Display the white eyeshadow on all the eyelid and then a grey or the dark green (yes it gives this color) carefully till you cover a small area (as you see)

3) Display the lipstick cream pink and over it the lipstick maniac 06.

4) Some royal platinum jewellery adorned with black diamonds from Heidi klum!

When i finished this look, i figured out that my medoll reminds me of a royal swan and that's why i called it so!

That's all for now.

Enjoy the playlist and I'll try to update it soon!

Eccentric Looks

Hey there darlings! How was your weekend?
Today, I was in the sephora section trying make-up on my medoll when i realized that i was going a bit eccentric, so i decided that it would the theme of this post!
those eccentric looks aren't for everyday, neither for everyone. Maybe for a couture show, a rock concert or simply feeling that you want some changes, or to be easily remarked in the crowds haha
Let's begin with the first:
1) Apply brown eyeliner, brown eye pencil, mascara volume black and mascara black.
2) On the interior zone of the eyelid display many layers of white (N°5) eyeshadow, then on the other side many many layers of the jumbo eye pencil grey to have a darkest color and make a contrast.
3) As a final touch apply the metallic aubergine eyeliner on the corner of the eye.
Now,mesdames et messieurs (oops...) the second:
1) Apply the metallic blue eyepencil and the blue eye pencil on the contour of the eye and some Metallic aubergine on the exterior corner of the eye.
2) Display both mascaras (you would say why both, the Mascara Black gives longer lashes and the other gives volume.) On the exterior eyelid add some Kat Von D leather brown eyeshadow.
3) Display the Jumbo Eye pencil Beige over it and advance it a bit, then on the empty corner apply the jumbo eyepencil purple many times till you have the wanted tone.
Add on the corner of the eye a hint of the Kat Von D silver eyeliner as a an optional touch
et voila!!
That's all for now! See you soon!
